The card for today was something that I had envisioned in my mind and then just had to put onto paper. I bought the stamp over the summer because I knew it would make a beautiful winter card. Black and white are my favorite shades; I wear them almost every day so I figured I would make a card that reflects my clothing style. I also decorated the inside of the card just as my muse Kim does on her beautiful cards.
- Stamp by Inkadinkado 96847
- Cardstock Stampin Up in Whisper White & Basic Black
- Black Memento Ink
- EK Success Medium Snowflake Punch
- EK Success Snowflake Long Punch
- Silver baubles & Silver Sliders
- Black ribbon
Here are the details of the card:
I hope you enjoyed my card. Here are some pictures of snow that we had in New York on New Years Eve. I thought I would share these because when I sent the pics over to Deb, she told me that my snow looks tropical compared to hers. I thought that was hilarious. How is the snow by you?
Wishing you all a wonderful year ahead. Thank you so much for your comments =)

Lovely card, striking contrast!
No snow yet here in MD but that's OK with me. You can have it, very pretty photos!
It turned out great- I really like how you finished off the inside-no snow near me-I am in SOuthern California!
Black and white cards always are so elegant. This is so nice.
Enjoy the snow for me, none here in the desert!
Beautiful card. I love the simplicity of the image and monochromatic scheme.
I absolutely LOVE your card Lor! It's GORGEOUS! I am in love with the inside...it's AWESOME!!!! You totally rocked this one! So pretty! Don't you just love snow! I will post the pic I sent to you on my blog...ha ha! Let summer come is my motto!
Hugs~ Kim
Such a nice elegant feel to the card! No snow here at the moment (East Central Indiana), but we've had some and there will be more. Jan. & Feb. are the normal "get hit" with snow months.
Gorgeous card!!! Black and white is so striking!
How very stylish, I love the inside too.
